This notice explains how the current YourBrand experience handles the information you enter while building your brand.
Information you enter into the Brand Builder
The app may ask you to enter information about your goals, audience, beliefs, experiences, writing style, visual preferences, brand ideas, and other material you choose to provide.
In the current version, those answers are kept in session-scoped browser storage. They are not intentionally shared with another visitor and are not stored in an application account or brand database. Closing the browser session or choosing “Start a fresh brand” clears the active workspace from view.
Downloads
Personalized Brand Guides, Voice Guides, Canva plans, AI writing guides, content maps, and ZIP files are generated in your browser from the answers you provided. YourBrand does not need to upload those answers to a separate application database to create those downloads.
Hosting and ordinary technical data
The site is delivered through third-party hosting and internet infrastructure. Those providers may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, request metadata, security events, and similar operational data as necessary to deliver and protect the service.
AI, Canva, and other third-party tools
YourBrand may encourage you to copy material into third-party services such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, or other tools. Once you choose to submit information to another service, that service's privacy policy and terms apply. EZ Enablement does not control how independent third parties process information you provide to them.
Sensitive information
Do not enter passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, confidential client information, trade secrets, health information, or other sensitive personal or business information that is not necessary to build your brand.
Sale of personal information
EZ Enablement does not sell the answers you enter into the YourBrand Brand Builder.
Your control
You control what you enter and what you download. Use “Start a fresh brand” to clear the current browser-session workspace. Downloaded files remain wherever you choose to save them and are under your control.
Changes
This notice may change as YourBrand evolves, especially if future versions add accounts, cloud saving, analytics, integrated AI, or other services. The version posted here is the current notice for this version of the app.
